Add two heaping scoops of Serious Mass to a blender filled
with 24 oz. of water. Blend for 45-60 seconds. Then add a few
ice cubes and, if desired, other calorie-contributing

first im going to start by saying i am not a gnc employee or a optimum nutrition employee i am a regular person who is trying to bulk up. i am only saying this because my post is going to sound unreal. when i started working out about 3 months ago i was 118 pounds at 5'10. yeah i know right! anyways i bought this product on top of adding a whole bunch of foods to my diet and tracking calories with intense workouts 5 days a week and i am now at 152 pounds solid which was my weigh in 2 weeks ago im not even sure where im at now. i stopped using the product because it stopped working after 2 and a half months which everyone can expect it to stop working at some point but what i can say is it works it deffinatly works if you want to gain weight this is the one i would suggest buying a creatine supp and adding it to it something unflavored because it lacks that but overall its a pretty good product i would say 8/10 only because i didnt like the taste that much!on and i would also suggest not taking a whole serving at once its super hard to mix the whole serving and if you do you will be chewing this weight gainer break it in half one scoop in the morning one scoop before bed and use 18 ounces of whole milk it makes it taste les nasty

I take 1-2 servings daily, usually when i wake, after i workout or before bed. Works great. Gained around 12-15 lbs in 2 months. You will gain a slight amount of fat, but with workouts you start seeing the difference slowly in muscle tone and size.
8 massive servings!
I cut the servings down to 8 - 16oz each time but I think this decreased the effectiveness? I read the body wont absorb 50 grams at once anyway so. 3-

Started taking ON-Serious Mass as I wanted to put on 10-15 lbs and I find it hard enough to eat enough calories already. Along with a solid workout plan (5-6 days a week) and cutting some of the more intense cardio in my regime I've put on 10 lbs in less than a month (little over 3 weeks). Seems to work very well, tastes good if u mix it properly. The shovel used to scoop the powder is so large it doesn't fit in my shaker so I swapped it out for an old scoop from my ON Gold Standard protein bottle (4 scoops of smaller scoop = 1 shovel). Note I only do half the serving size it recommends.
this products is great if u look at carbs ,calories, and other ingredients but protein wise is not so high and this will finish in about 8-12 days if u take it everyday, so there serving amount is very little. and the scoop is huge to kinda fool u for a regular scoop its about 4 scoops for this one big scoop

ON Serious Mass
This is a great product! I workout 5-6 days a week and run as well and I am still gaining the mass that I want to. Before I weighed 212, and I've been talking this for 3 weeks and I am already at 218. The serving size is big (two shovels is one serving) but it tastes pretty good and you don't have to force it down. I usually one scoop right near the end of my workout/after and another 15 min after or a little later.

Pretty Good Stuff
I actually bought the 12 pound bag, but it's the same stuff. After one bag, I gained 13 pounds, I went from 125 to 138. The taste is weird, it starts out chocolatey and then gets more and more bitter the farther down the bag you go. But as for the effect, they are pretty good. I noticed a steady gaining and strength increase. There isn't any side effects or sick feeling unless you drink a whole serving with like 20 ounces of milk. This is great for adding lots of extra carbs and calories to your diet. Overall a good product.

after first trying gold standard protein, i grew to the brand becuase its affordable and taste great!i just bought serious mass, the taste isnt bad its ok, its a Female dog and a half getting the scooper out of the container. when they say heaping they mean it! im hopeing to do as the label states and gain serious mass.

This stuff does put down those extra calories that you can't fit after meals or before you go to bed. Not sweet and tastes excellent. Adding more ingredient's such as yogurt,peanut butter, banana's,etc. makes the taste even better.

This stuff works. I have been using this product with a high calorie diet and have gained 34 lbs in only a month and a half. I am 29 yrs old, 5'11 - 116 lbs and have always had trouble gaining weight. This product mixes easy, tastes great, and obviously works. I was 116 lbs, and 75 days later I am 150 lbs!

This is very good for gaining mass. I put on 27pounds in 2 1/2 months, and still gaining. This would be good belnded into a shake, but as you know we dont have time for that. USE WATER! and shake until there is little to no residue at the bottom and drink it fast. Dont concentrate on the taste because you will find yourslef not wanting to finish it. If you can take it, it packs on pounds. However not a good tasting one. I prefer the Hyperbolic mass gainer by GNC. This is the best, goes down smooth, and tastes better than strawberry milk!
Strawberry flavor gives it a nice kick.
This product helps me to maintain weight and gain muscle. I use it after meals at least twice a day.
