I reviewed mixability as well, which Optimum proteins definitely excell at. And I mean, really, what else is there to review in a protein powder? It's your typical econo-whey isolate/concentrate blend. It's just protein--people experiment with different ones and eventually settle on one based on taste / price. Of course it "works".

I found that, after ingesting 1 scoop of this protein, it provided a nitrogen balance that was 1.3% better than that provided by Dymatize, but not quite as good as what I recieved from CytoSport. The "HydroWhey" really seemed to kick in full gear after about 30 seconds as well, and I felt increased recovery almost instantly.

i know there is nothing to 'review' on a protein shake other then the taste and mixability lol

wow is ON suppoesed to mix good. i always get chunks in mine. i mix a scoop w/ 13oz of milk and its chunky lol. i dont mind it though. tastes good
